What's up with the ginormous heads of lettuce this year? In Seattle, I think it's just because there's not enough sun for anything else to grow. :P
I don't know, but I took this picture because I was inspired by the one you posted on Facebook - it was incredible!!!
Yeah, I love the smiles we both have in our lettuce pictures. :) I think I have to figure out some new and interesting salads to make though, because my basic salad recipes are starting to get a little old at this point...
I made some wraps with the giant leaves last week - yummy!
