Kale chips:
Preheat the oven to 350. Wash and shake/pat dry a head or two of kale. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt, spread on a baking sheet, and roast in the oven for ~10 minutes or until crisp. Keep your eye on them so they don't burn. Warning: I tried to store these in a plastic bag and they wilted.

Oooo interesting. We go through mounds of kale every month, I am huge fan of adding big, tasty leaves to our morning juicing...although I typically tell Scotty I forgot to add it because he "claims" he can taste it...pfft.(what he doesn't know can't hurt him!).

When you get here in April we'll try kelp chips. But we'll be deep fat frying em in peanut oil in the wok. Patrick
